Alexandra House

Alexandra House W3 - London

A tribute to the legacy of the original 1920’s Art Deco building. Testimony to originality and a bold visionary design.

A World Apart From The Magnolia Norm

Alexandra House set a new benchmark for the affordable residential offering in London’s metropolitan burbs. The period building was sensitively reimagined to create a modern 24 apartment development with substance and style. Quality architecture, astute engineering and original interior design came together to deliver attainable contemporary living, setting Vivant far apart from competitor magnolia boxes.

It’s a combination of above, married with Vivants key ethos of affordability that attributed to the rapid turnover of sales in what was otherwise a highly competitive and challenging economic market. Please visit www.alexandrahousew3.co.uk for more information.
